Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 1, 2026
1. No Data Collection
Contact does not collect, store, or transmit any user data. We believe your audio and personal information should remain private. There are no tracking scripts, no telemetry, and no hidden analytics built into the application.
2. Local Processing Only
All audio processing, signal filtering, and routing happen entirely on your local machine. Your voice never leaves your device unless you choose to route it to an external application (like Discord or a simulator).
3. Third-Party Authentication
The desktop application uses Clerk for optional account management. When you sign in, your authentication data is handled securely by Clerk according to their privacy policy. Contact Labs does not store your password or personal credentials on our own servers.
4. Audio Permissions
The app requires microphone access to function. This permission is used exclusively for real-time digital signal processing. No audio is ever recorded or saved to your disk by the Software.
5. Changes to This Policy
We are committed to maintaining your privacy. If we ever implement features that require data handling, we will notify you and provide clear opt-in choices. However, our core philosophy remains: Your data belongs to you.
