By downloading, installing, or using the Contact application (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Contact Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, primarily for flight simulation and audio processing simulation.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software unless permitted by open-source licenses.
• Use the Software for any illegal activities.
• Distribute modified versions of the Software without proper attribution.

4. "As-Is" Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Contact Labs does not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements or be error-free. Use of the Software is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

Contact Labs shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to audio hardware issues or software conflicts.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
